World AIDS Day Illumination
This year's World AIDS Day was commemorated with the symbol of the AIDS Ribbon of Hope in candlelight.
Red Initiatives a Foundation which promotes HIV and AIDS prevention, behaviour change and human rights along with supporting organizations created a large ribbon with candles in heart of Arima on Saturday night.
The day began with a mini health fair which offered free 'on the spot' HIV rapid testing to the public along with blood sugar screening, condom distribution and demonstrations,
